Our story began in 2012 when we noticed an increased demand from our clients who needed staff who have the flexibility to cover shifts at short notice and staff who are able to work at large scale events.

Our clients came from number of different businesses within hospitality so we knew that the last minute staffing problem was not an isolated event and so Essential Staff was born.

We are a fun, friendly and professional platform committed to providing last minute staff to the hospitality industry From skilled professionals to entry level positions we have built a platform that allows you to source both staff and employers in a user friendly, dynamic and interactive format.

We believe that the talent pool is already there and we understand the desire of those staff looking to earn a living in a living in a stimulating and enjoyable environment – so we at Essential Staff are determined to make that happen.
